We will be reinstating the Skill Reset Scrolls back into Job Change Quests after next week's patch.
In the meantime, please go ahead and complete your job changes as per normal. Characters who complete the job promotions this week (post-24th June) will be reimbursed their missing skill reset scrolls after next week's maintenance.
Characters created between before 24th June, who did not get their Helpful Gift Boxes will be reimbursed as well.
