We are delighted to announce more great features for Awakening of the Ice Dragon for Dragonica. The expansion includes a level cap raise to 75 for players to explore an entire new continent and a wide range of new features based around in-game markets and auctions. With only a few weeks left until the release of Awakening of the Ice Dragon, we have prepared a preview video on YouTube for an exclusive look at the features to come....
Awakening of the Ice Dragon offers players a host of new maps, new
monsters and new challenges for high level players to experience between levels
62 and 75. Some of these monsters may seem familiar to the seasoned adventurers
of Dragonica, as they are the spectral versions of monsters players would have
encountered on their way through the world of Dragonica. With Awakening of the
Ice Dragon, expired Shop Outfits cannot be spent in the mixboard anymore.
Therefore, we would advise players to use them before the update is applied. We
are also happy to announce that the price for Warp Towers will be reduced by
between 3% - 50% in game.
The long-awaited Strategic Defence Mode (F7) will also be available with
Awakening of the Ice Dragon in which you must defend a "core" from invading
monsters who path around a specific route. Players may attack monsters directly
or progress by creating defensive structures. Furthermore, a whole new chain of
hero quests and daily quests will be available to aid you in reaching the new
ultimate challenge – Level 75!
For anyone thinking of joining Dragonica, there are some exciting
developments in the lower ranges to look forward to also: three new dungeons
will be made available with the Awakening of the Ice Dragon expansion for the
lower level characters. In addition to all of this, a series of feature and
quest updates are included, making it easier for new Dragonica players to enter
the fray. Existing and new players of Dragonica are invited to log in to the
